When she connects over RDP the VM picks up her virtual printers (CutePDF and another PDF writer, I dont recall the name) but neither of the 2 local printers. I removed that printer to try and re-install it, but that did not work either. If I tried to print to it then it would just redirect to another printer on her machine which are the network printers she connected to over the VPN. The printer that was installed on the VM no longer works. The user's old machine was also Windows 7 but someone already wiped it so I am not able to look at the old settings. The user has a local printer that she has been able to print to from the VM in the past with her old machine.
